| Reasons to increase the risk of heart attack |
Currently,
the number of heart attacks is increasing due to various reasons including a
busy lifestyle and adulterated food. And a heart attack can
happen in a hurry. However, those who have physical problems or family history
have a higher risk of a heart attack. Even so, owning one is still beyond the
reach of the average person. There are some symptoms that can be called the
early signs of a heart attack.
Less than six hours of sleep:
In a busy life, it is often seen
that there is not enough sleep. But if you sleep less than six hours regularly,
you are more likely to have a heart attack. A Japanese study found that men and
women who slept less than six hours were five times more likely to have a heart
attack than others.
Sitting in front of the screen all day:
If your job is to sit in front of
a computer screen all day, your risk of heart attack is higher. This also applies
to watch TV. These activities increase the risk of heart attack and other
cardiovascular diseases by 125 percent.
Sitting for too long reduces the
body's supply of lipoprotein lipase. This enzyme helps break down fat. Lack of
it increases the risk of our arteries becoming blocked.
Getting angry over small things:
Are you a very angry person? The
tendency to get a little hot head can bring danger to you. Researchers at The University of Australia interviewed 313 heart attack patients about the extent of
their anger. It can be seen that these people have a 7.5 times higher risk of a
heart attack within two hours of getting angry in a big way than others!
Hard work:
Hard work increases the risk of a
heart attack. Especially women who suffer from high blood pressure and work
hard have a relatively high risk of having a heart attack. The data came from a
study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology.
More fog in your area:
Smoke is as bad for the lungs as
it is for the heart. One study found that being in the midst of high-density
air pollution increased their risk of a heart attack.
Divorce:
A 16-year study of 18,000 men and
women found that women were 25 percent more likely to have a heart attack after
a divorce than married women. Having a history of multiple divorces increases
their risk of heart attack by up to 6 percent. In the case of men, two or more
divorces increase their risk of heart attack by 30 percent.
7) The weather is hot or cold:
Excessive heat and extreme cold
increase the risk of heart attack, research says. On the one hand, temperatures
below 18 degrees Fahrenheit can increase the risk of heart attack by up to 36
percent. On the other hand, an increase in temperature of 1.6 degrees
Fahrenheit after 8 degrees Fahrenheit can increase the risk of heart attack by
2 times.
We also know that the risk of
heart attack increases due to smoking, alcohol, an uncontrolled diet, reluctance
to exercise, and being overweight. Also the risk of a heart attack may be higher
in men than in women. Diabetics are also at higher risk
